While Copper Creek has a refined process for building the backyard escape of your dreams, we never forget that you have a process, too. Planning, imagining, deciding, guiding, participating, overseeing - your involvement level is strictly up to you. You help set the timelines. You convey the vision. You establish what's important to you. Your process is our process - hand-on or hands-off, you decide what's best for you.

In general, bringing your outdoor living space to life is a 7-step process:

  1. Initial Appointment ‐ Schedule a time to meet with one of our owners at our offices. No "used-car salesmen" here. We ask questions, we listen, we get to understand you, and only then do we offer recommendations. At first, it's not so much about building a pool as it is gaining insight to your vision and what's important to you.
  2. On-site Visit ‐ We spend as much time in your home as outside of it, getting a feel for how your individuality shines through and starting to understand how we can extend that to the outside. We take the measurements and we ask a lot of questions about how to make the space as functional yet unique as possible. We find out what aspects are vital.
  3. Design ‐ Next, we sit down with you and our master designer to architect an entire outdoor lifespace. The pool size and shape, the Signature Features, the decking, the possibilities...it all rolls into the final design.
  4. Approval ‐ Based on the discussions, we present the design plan, the detailed project timeline and the estimated costs. It's all there and fully disclosed in great detail. We do everything in our power to ensure that you'll never get unforeseen surprises or incremental costs once you've agreed to move forward.
  5. Build ‐ Given the project timeline, you'll never have to guess what comes next. Our construction supervisor is there at every step making sure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained, and he's always available to you should you have any concerns. We endeavor to make every phase of the build as smooth, predictable, and non-disruptive to your life as humanly possible.
  6. Walk-through ‐ Upon completion, one of the owners will walk you through every aspect of your pool. We'll video tape the entire walk-through and burn the recording onto a customized DVD so you never have to guess about anything. From equipment to features to remote controls to maintenance, everything will be there for future reference. Our goal is to assist you in gaining maximum enjoyment (and minimum frustration) from your new investment.
  7. Service ‐ Once every six months for the first three years, a supervisor will arrange a time convenient to you to stop by and run a systems check. We believe it's best to be proactive, and our checklist ensures to the best of our abilities that any potential issues are spotted before they become inconvenient problems for you.
